The recent Culinary Olympics Celebratory Dinner, graced by Her Royal Highness, Queen Azizah of Pahang Malaysia, was a defining moment for us as an agency. Aimed at honouring the Malaysian National Culinary Team's remarkable achievement at the 2024 Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart, Germany, this wasn’t just another event; it was something huge for any PR agency that we had to seize the opportunity to orchestrate a celebration that perfectly aligned with our client, Nonosugar’s brand values, brand composition and its product - the Tan Sri Ong P90 oil.
Reflecting on our involvement, we recognised the significance of our role in transforming P90’s vision into a memorable impactful experience that emphasised on health and wellness which resonated with every guest. From the planning stages, our approach was to create an event that not only showcased the innovative P90 oil but also paid homage to the chefs who fought hard to bring home two silvers from the Olympics. We leveraged this opportunity to immerse Tuanku in the P90 experience, from the planning phase to its realisation, reflecting P90’s commitment to the palm oil and culinary industries.
Our strategy also included creating an inclusive environment that fostered networking and dialogue, positioning P90 as a hub for culinary excellence and innovation. The energy in the room was palpable, a testament to the hard work and planning employed to ensure everyone felt part of something bigger.
As an agency, we took pride in our role as brand storytellers, and the P90 event was a canvas on which we could tell a story of heritage, innovation, and collaboration. Our team worked tirelessly to not only meet the client’s expectations but to exceed them, by lining up back-to-back broadcast interview sessions, ensuring that every touchpoint in
the storytelling experience echoed P90’s vision.
Looking back, the event’s success was a result of our agency’s commitment to strategic planning, creativity, and execution.
